The National HEPCAMP Association Conference is the best professional development opportunity for members of the HEPCAMP Association to receive expert technical training, workshops regarding best practices, and networking with organizational partners.

 

All positions can benefit from pre-conference sessions, workshops, and general session topics that are specific and related to the services offered by programs serving Migrant and Seasonal Farm Workers. 

Participants will have access to workshops, mixers, general session events, and have time to break away at the end of each day to explore San Diego's vibrant community.

Pre-Conference Rate: $ 150

2026 Conference Rate:

Registration $ 500 (prior to 03/15)

Student Registration $ 300

​Non-Member Registration $ 600

Late Registration $ 600 (after 03/15)

Violations of these community standards will result in consequences, such as formal statements, reports, and/or notification of individuals' institutions. The association is committed to fostering a safe, respectful environment for all attendees.
