The HiSET® Program was originally co-developed by Educational Testing Service (ETS®) and Iowa Testing Programs (ITP) to further ETS’s mission to provide innovative and meaningful measurement solutions that improve teaching and learning, expand educational opportunities, and inform educational policy. In late 2021, HiSET was purchased by PSI Services, LLC as an extension of its mission to help people meet their potential.
